If you don’t find the installation file after Download, just click "Start" on the screen and search the file Roomancer.exe to open it. Following applies especially, if there are problems related to a specific nickname on a PC - you know everybody has his own rooms even on the same PC: Roomancer is by design an open system and there are many extensions (tools, actors etc.) available from third parties. In very rare occasions the use of non-moove extensions can make the system unusable. In such cases, before doing a fresh uninstall - install cycle, you may want to try UserDel. This tool allows you to delete a specific user (including all the rooms of this nickname) on your local PC....

It is automatically registered with the automatic creation of your internal ID. If we would change it, the database constraint would be violated, that higher ID numbers have newer dates. Free memberships don't have to be cancelled. The Gold Membership can be cancelled at any time. The member can cancel the Gold Membership himself/herself in the community under “Membership status” or send an e-mail with the subscription number to sales@moove.com. The cancellation has to arrive at moove by e-mail or postal service at least six days before the expiration of the billing period. moove cannot be held responsible for misdirected, delayed, invalid, or lost e-mails or written notices of withdrawal. The cancellation will come into effect at the end of the respective billing period. In no event will membership fees be refunded....
