Free memberships don't have to be cancelled. The Gold Membership can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation has to arrive at moove by e-mail or postal service at least six days before the expiration of the billing period. moove cannot be held responsible for misdirected, delayed, invalid, or lost e-mails or written notices of withdrawal.
