1. What is the premium package?
By buying the premium package, you will get a special trust bonus and receive a special status in the moove online community.

Members who already have the Gold Membership.

The package costs a one-time fee of $ 49.95 USD. There will be no follow-up fees. Click here to get your Premium Package.

4. For how long is the premium package valid?
The Membership is bound to the Gold Membership and is valid for the duration of your Gold Membership. As soon as the Gold Membership expires after cancellation, the premium package
expires as well.

5. What are the advantages of the premium package?

Special premium medal for premium owners

Picture medal (a personal picture/coat of arms that is displayed on the nickpage) Also see question 16.

Forming teams in moove and appointing team members. The affiliation with a team is indicated by a special team medal. This way, people with the same interests can form a group and indicate this by a shared coat of arms/picture medal.
·
Awarding titles to your team members. Titles can be chosen from a large list. You (the team leader with the premium package) can give these titles to team members
·
Special medal for members of a team. The team members DO NOT need the premium package
·
The membership in more than one team is indicated by diamonds on the team medal and the team medal itself: 2 Memberships = 1 diamond.
·
The number of members in your own team is indicated by diamonds on the premium medal.
·
Automatic approval of uploaded pictures and texts (Pictures and text must be suitable for minors.)
·
Nicknames can be renamed for free
·
Individual Homepage, clicking on the link on a nickpage will send visitors directly to the respective homepage

6. What kind of special status do I have as a premium owner?
a. The chance to offer your own items for download BEFORE the visitor enters your house:

Offering your actors, pieces of furniture, decorations for download via your personal Housepage BEFORE visitors enter your room, so the meeting isn't slowed down by actors and decorations loading. For this a housepage can be created - extensive documentation is available here:

b. Uploaded pictures will be published automatically

These pictures are rated as trustworthy immediately and will therefore be uploaded without having to be approved by moove employees.
Please note: Pictures and text must be suitable for minors. In case of violation of the Terms Of Service and the moove child protection paragraph, the premium package
can be cancelled by moove with immediate effect.

7. Who can form teams?
Only premium owners can form teams.

8. Do the team members need the premium package as well?
No, that's not required.

9. How do I add members to my team?
Click on "Team" in the community navigation to the left. On the following team pages you can:

Choose member names from a list box.
·
Choose a title from a large list.
·
Check the box to decide wether to show the team picture on all nickpages.
·
Send a welcome message to the new team member.

10. Can I add any member to my team?
Basically yes. These members need:
·
the full paid Membership or the premium package
·
to be your double buddies, since only these buddies will be listed on the team page.

11.Where can I check how many team members I have?
The number of team members is indicated by the number of diamonds on your premium medal: 1 up to 10 team members equal 1 diamond etc. Additionally, the names of the team members will be displayed on the nickpage and on the Team page -> Team members.

The number is unlimited.

Choose the name you want to remove from the list box on the Team page and click on "Remove".

You can do this by displaying a shared picture medal/coat of arms.

The premium member can decide by checking a box on the Team page whether his/her coat of arms/picture medal is also displayed on the team members' nickpages.

It needs to have 80 x height 128 pixels

17.I've given my team members nice titles, now I want a title of my own. How do I get one?
You can decide your own title. Open your profile via the left community navigation and enter whatever title you want under "Title".

18.How do I prevent from being added to a team without being asked first?
Go to the Team page and set the "Team Limit" to "0". If you are in your dream team and don't want to be added to any other teams, set the "Team Limit" to "1". If you are in two teams and don't want to be added to any other teams, set the number to "2", and so on.

19.How do I leave a team?
Use the function "Leave a team" on the Team page. Just pick the name of the team you want to leave.

20. How many teams can I be a member of?
Premium members can be a member in 100 other teams. Gold Members - without the premium package
- can be a member in three other teams.

21. Where can I check which teams I'm a member of?
If you are a member of two teams, for example, the team medal will be displayed with one diamond. Additionally, the teams are listed on the Team page.
