moove online is your first very own, freely customizable 3D world on your computer! This world only belongs to you. You have an unlimited number of 3D rooms that you can always create anew. You alone control access to these rooms and can maintain your privacy. You can easily paint your rooms, furnish them with usable furniture, and decorate them with your own pictures and graphics. Visit our free shop to download new items for your 3D rooms.
The unique Actor Studio allows you to easily create your very own 3D actors (avatars). The actors' gestures and movements are completely life-like and natural - the actors can laugh, kiss, hug, walk around, jump, pull faces, and execute many more interactions and actions. All members can visit each other, chat, show their rooms, and much more!
To do this this all members will get the revolutionary software 'moove Roomancer' for free. This software belongs to you, even if you should cancel your Membership.

2. I just registered my free nickname, where do I find my free 3D house?
In order to use your 3D house you need to download the free 3D software "moove Roomancer". On the left side of the community page please click either on "Get 3D rooms" or open this link directly and follow the steps to download and install your free 3D house.

3. Can I use my 3D rooms when I'm offline?
Yes, your 3D rooms (the 3D software "moove Roomancer") is not dependant on a server and is installed on your own computer, therefore your house can also be used offline.

4. Is the free Membership really for free?
Yes, you register a nickname and are ready to use moove online completely for free - for as long as you like. ALL registered nicknames automatically have a free Membership.

5. What does the free Membership have to offer?
You have complete control of your 3D world, you can decorate your free 3D house, use the free shop, you can make new friends, and much more - completely for FREE. With the free membership you can receive visitors in your house and you will be able to visit other members during your first online sessions. You need the Gold Membership if you want to use the visit function without restrictions.
Note: The Newbie Club can be visited at any time. (When the club is online.)

6. What does "Gold Membership" mean?
With the Gold Membership you can use your 3D world without restrictions: Invite visitors to your 3D home or go over to the 3D home of a buddy, list a member club, collect medals, post an announcement, marry virtually and much more.

10. What are the different payment methods for the Gold Membership?
The main payment method is payment by credit card. You can also pay by PayPal or transfer funds. For more information, please have a look at the registration pages or contact sales@moove.com.
11. How does the 10x24 hours system work?
No automatic rebilling. You are NOT getting a subscription and only pay a one-time fee of USD 9.95. This will allow you to use moove online for 10 online sessions with 24 hours each, i.e. 240 hours in total. During these 24 hours you can log in and out whenever you want. Only when those 24 hours are over, the "second 24-hour block" will start. These 10 online sessions can be spread out over a period of 12 months, starting with the day of registration. (Note: This option cannot be paid via PayPal.)
12. How do the Gold Memberships work with one time payment?
One time payment means that you DO NOT buy a subscription and there is NO automatic rebilling. This means your Membership does not extend automatically, and you have to get a new Membership at the end of the month/year.
13. How does the Gold Membership subscription work?
You get a subscription with moove. This means that your Membership extends automatically if you don't cancel it before the end of the billing cycle.
14. When will my credit card be charged when I get a Gold Membership subscription?
Your credit card will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle, either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen method of payment.
15. How do I cancel my subscription?
Just send an informal e-mail to sales@moove.com. The cancellation has to reach us at least 6 workdays before the end of the billing cycle. You can also cancel your Membership and stop renewals by chosing "Membership Status -> Cancellation" from the left hand side of the community page.
16. How can I get a Gold Membership completely for free? (Only members with a subscription have this possibility.)
If you recommend moove online to someone else, you will get a 10% discount for every Gold Member (i.e. a member who continues using the service after the 14-day trial period), who enters your name as referrer when asked at registration. That means if you recommend 10 members, you will not have to pay your Membership fee for the next billing cycle.
